SIGN UP EXTREME
This is the online registration system of the HUEX EXTREME. From here you can easily register for the race of your choice.
Read the procedure carefully and follow the payment instructions.
Registration for the EXTREME modality requires being of legal age, reading and accepting the «Declaration of Physical Fitness and Exoneration of Responsibility» at the time of registration, by which the participant declares to be aware of the physical demands of the race, to be in optimal physical condition to face it and exonerates the Organization of any possible health problems that may arise from their participation in the HUEX EXTREME.

Maillot included in the participant’s bag until January 19th.
Registrations after this date will be able to receive it after the race, within a period of two months, with a cost of 5€ shipping and handling.
REGISTRATION INCLUDE:
– Registration for the race.
– Liquid and solid supplies during the race.
– Assistance during the race by means of the health and safety equipment set up by the Organisation.
– Timing system.
– Transport service to the finish line for participants who abandon the race from the Control Points that have a Withdrawal Control.
– Finisher’s Diploma for all runners who finish the race within the time established by the Organization.
– Runner’s bag with gifts from the sponsors.
– Official HUEX EXTREME maillot. (EXTREMA and MARATHON)
– Exclusive Finisher medal for all participants who finish the race within the established time.
REFUND OF REGISTRATION
Once the registration has been formalised, the refund will only be 50% of the amount paid up to 30 days before the event, after this date no refund will be processed without cancellation insurance.
With cancellation insurance, only applications sent up to 15 days before the date of the event will be accepted.
All refunds will be made no later than 30 days after the date of acceptance of the application.
Once the cancellation request has been made, the place becomes available to the Organisation, who will give it to the candidate who is at the top of the waiting list at that time.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
The organisation offers a Cancellation Insurance in which 100% of the registration fee will be refunded to all those runners who have contracted this service.
This refund will only be made up to 15 days before the start of the race. After this date no registration will be refunded.
INSURANCE PRICE: 10€.
CHANGE OF BIB NAME
The organisation offers the possibility to change the name of the bib/chip under the following conditions:
If there is a waiting list, it will NOT be possible to change the name.
The deadline for the change of name is 15 days before the race.
Once the runner has communicated the name change request at huexmtb@terraincognita.group he/she will have 7 days to fill in the form sent by the organisation.
